Visit three food stops that highlight New Orleans history through flavors on this guided walking tour of the Garden District. After a brief tour of the neighborhood's architecture & history, enjoy a full meal of unique Cajun and Creole specialties, spread out over 3 local eateries. Start at the Lafayette Cemetery to hear the unique funeral customs and traditions of New Orleans and the history of the city's early years. Then explore the architecture of the Garden District, home to historic mansions, colorful shotgun houses, and beautiful oak trees. Your first food stop includes an indulgent taste of Creole fusion and the multicultural influences of Italians, Germans, Irish & Afro-Carribeans that shaped the 300-year-old city. Two food stops also include your choice of local craft beers, frozen drinks, house sangria or mimosa (or a non-alcoholic beverage) and at our beignet stop, sip a cafe au lait. Along the way, check out locally-owned shops, vintage stores, an artist co-op and gallery. Finish with a full stomach and plenty of recommendations for local fun and flavors for the rest of your visit!

Tour the vibrant Frenchmen St. corridor in the Marigny neighborhood with a local guide who will help you experience a night on the town just like a local. Enjoy 2 iconic cocktails and/or local beers and at least 3 music stops. Discover some of the best jazz, blues, and brass in the city and learn some interesting history and traditions along the way. Your guide will curate the night's options to find the best bands for a variety of New Orleans music that will make you feel like dancing. We'll also stop into the art market (weather permitting) to peruse a great variety of locally-made art & gifts to take home. Safely enjoy the hub of New Orleans' live music scene- check out the bars and clubs that locals visit weekly to hear their favorite bands, while learning a little history and culture along the way. The Bywater arts and food scenes are the main draws to this revitalized neighborhood post-Katrina. Eat and drink your way through this bohemian area while taking in historic sites, street art, and colorful architecture. Discover neighborhood gems that'll make you feel like a local: start with corner store po-boys on the river, check out a hidden biergarten and choose your last stop because there's so much to enjoy! There's drinks with locals in the dive bar, sipping microbrews in the brewery garden or chowing down on some BBQ in a courtyard. Along the way, check out cool street art and New Orleans history- visit the site that launched a historic Supreme Court civil rights case Plessy v Ferguson & see how this working class industrial corridor has become an artist mecca. This is a tour especially fit for beer and meat lovers (wine options also available), but all are welcome!
