When is the Marigny Bywater Food & History Tour? The Marigny Bywater food tour is offered Wednesday, Thursday & Friday at 1:00pm. Duration: 3 hours If for any reason you don't see this tour on the calendar on the date you want, or need another start time, please reach out and request it.

Where does the Marigny Bywater tour start and end? The Marigny Bywater tour meets at the corner of Royal St and Homer Plessy Way. It ends at 701 Mazant St.

How much are food tour tickets? Tickets that include all food and non-alcoholic drinks are $75. You can also choose the Food & Drink ticket to include alcohol for $95. Group discounts are offered for groups booking 5 or more people. Tickets are all-inclusive of food, drinks, tax and server tips.

What is included in my food tour ticket? The Marigny Bywater Food Tour tickets include a full meal of food and non-alcoholic drinks, tax and tips. The Food and Drink tickets also includes alcohol. Tickets are all-inclusive of food, drinks, tax and server tips.

Can vegetarians or gluten-free guests join the food tour? The Marigny Bywater tour can accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies, but we recommend our popular Garden District food tour for gluten-free and vegetarian guests.

Is the Marigny Bywater tour kid-friendly? Adventurous eaters of any age are welcome on the Marigny Bywater food tour, but ages 5+ require a ticket.

How far to we walk on the Marigny Bywater tour? The Marigny Bywater tour extends over approximately 1 mile of walking at a relaxed pace across 3 hours. Mobility concerns, please reach out to make sure everyone can join in.

How many people are on the tour? Our tours are 14 people max for the best experience. If you have a larger group booking or want a smaller private tour, please contact us to request availability.

What is the cancellation policy? Free Cancellation up to 24 hours in advance of the tour start day & time.

New Orleans Marigny Bywater Food & History Tour
A full meal, all-inclusive food tour for anyone looking to get off the beaten path and explore New Orleans like a local, the Marigny Bywater is only blocks from the French Quarter & offers the best non-touristy experience in New Orleans. Enjoy a full meal of some of our iconic, favorite foods: po-boys, sno-balls, BBQ, fried green tomatoes and boudin sausage, spread between three food stops. Take in historic sites, a view of the Mississippi River, diverse cultural history, cool street art & colorful shotgun houses​. The arts and food scene are the main draw to this neighborhood's revitalization post-Katrina, discover the quirky, fun side of life in NOLA!
NOTE: Tour is all weather, wear comfy shoes. We DO NOT end where we begin the tour. We can accommodate some allergies/dietary restrictions, but the Garden District tour is recommended for vegetarians, vegans and gluten-free.
